ConoPet Pals Terms an Conditions: Please check all as you read them

Service includes pickup of old sod, install of new sod, general cleanup around sod tray, and disposal of old sod. It does not include picking up dog feces.

Customers commit to a month to month service. Any service deletions, skips, or cancelations must be requested by the end of the month of the proceeding month. No refunds or credits will be granted if customer fails to report skips on time.

CPP will make every effort to deliver the best sod available. However, sod condtions vary and are dictated by weather conditions..

Pet owners guarantee that their pet is not aggressive in nature or the dog will be kenneled when the CPP representative arrives to preform the service.

Pet owner will make all arrangments for access in the event they are not home.

Customers will be put on the CPP delivery schedule based on location and service times. This will remain the customers "scheduled service" days.

All customers are automatically billed on the 1st day of every month for that months "scheduled services."

In the event of cancelation, the tray/pod must be returned. The tray is property of CPP and is provided free of charge while the customer and service is still active. If the tray is not returned, the customer will be charged $200 (non refundable)

In the event of cancelation, customer will be carged a $25 pickup fee.

CPP honors pause of service up to 3 months. Longer than 3 months will be subject to a new service setup fee. Please provide a return date when reporting pauses.
